So i just started to connect the cables that will run behind the headunit...the way i do its more work but i think its a clean work
System will be:
RNS510 (headunit)
zealum zusc5 (active hi/lo adapter with 6CH output)
infinity kappa 122.7W (subwoofer)
selfmade Sub box hidden in the trunk (raise the trunk and put it beneath)
Alpine MRP-M350 (monoblock amplifier)
...and some 4 channel amp. for the front...dont know yet
Finished by now:
-Batt. cable from batt to trunk on left side
-loudspeaker cables on right side
wow... i admire your work and your craftmanship. Very original and good determination for not quiting after the destruction of your front. favorite thing by far was the blue stitching. The fact that you did it by hand is pretty amazing. Keep up the good work.
Nice work on the cold air... reminds me of my own DIY work. I even used similar techniques (or lack thereof hehe).
My car feels way stronger with a nice pod filter in the inner guard though.
You should also consider doing my DIY for removing supercharger cover. Sound improvement is great at low revs and high throttle. Heat soak issues are much improved too.
