I could be a starter for this yet. Insurance called yesterday and not only did my preferred panel beater ([WARNING: Shameless plug about to be made].....Brighton Panels) get the job, but they're saying it should be back to me by the 7th!:happyanim: Keep your fingers crossed!
Extra bonus will be she should be all nice and clean.

my ride still being looked into as the misfiring still occurs after replacing the fuel metering valve...well, the technician still not quite happy with the outcome.
I'm also doing a Golf Express as my friend ruptured his achilles...so i'm his (and his wife's - can't drive) chauffeur for the next few weeks.

Alright lads. I'll be driving down from Griffith NSW to Melbourne for the long weekend with the gf.
Shopping, restaurants, sightseeing... not sure if I could swing a full day cruise in there...

Is this event still happening? As a past events organiser, it looks to me as though, with just a few days to go, there's no starting point, no meet up time, no departure time and no confirmed route.

Guys, if you want to have a successful event, you really need to have these things locked in so everyone knows what they're doing. Just my input, FWIW.

I might even see you on the drive. I'm heading up to Warburton and the Yarra Ranges National Park.

I agree Terence. My suggestion would be to meet at 8.30 to 9.00 and leave no later than 9.15. Remind people to be fuelled up and ready to go. Nothing worse than getting underway then having to stop while people get fuel.
