You need to buy the heated washer jets, 2x connectors and repair wires and wire into the fuse box. I plan to do this when I retrofit headlamp washers to my car
The parts required are
2x 5M0 955 986C 9B9 Heated Washer Jets
2x 8E0 973 202 Housing Plug
Uses Repair Wire 000 979 009E
and you will need some wire to run to the fusebox (Fuse 46 / 5A )
