Post a single picture of your MKV front here, there are a lot of options and themes for our MKV as we all know!! This may help some members with a lot of front ideas.

Don't know if a similar thread exists, anyways fresh is good!

I'll start:

Thanks. I like matte and I like simple:)

-take GTI badge off, put it on my fridge
-ake out VW, 3 pass plastidip
-Dremel gti badge mounts 3 holes to match the honeycomb
-Fill license plate holder holes (6) with epoxy
-sand the fuck out of the excess epoxy.
-take off red lining, try not to break more than 2-3 clips
-plastistidip plate holder and honeycomb, 4 pass, 30 min in between passes.

Next up: dremel the fog light holders!

I don't have the balls to do that LOL, past experiences led to complete failure!

Badgless honeycomb painted flat black to match roof, open fog grills, and euro lip. I dremeled out the GTI badge plastic but didn't get a picture of it yet.

I recently painted my stripe white & the inside of the VW back to black. I also got some yellow lamin-x for my fogs:

Stock GTI front with plasti-dipped lower grille, fully open fog grilles, yellow FTP & fog bulbs & GTI emblem delete (regret) & red inside VW (dumb)

Still in progress...
Now the chrome horizontal bars on the top grille are plastidiped, and I'm looking for some US-spec Jetta fog grills since the EU grills don't fit.
also a votex lip is comming shortly

Worked with an Oettinger front bumper and a OEM jetta front shield. I shaved off the slats and molded the enter emblem to cover the remaining holes.

Forgot to note I also painted it silver to match my current wheels.
