Sorry to hear that. If she has to go to the hospital for any reason I'd look into a personal injury lawyer to make sure insurance makes things 100% right.

At least it happened in my parents hometown where my dad and I know pretty much every cop. The ass clown nurse that ran the stop sign tried to say my Mom didnt stop. Well asshole you pushed a SUV across a whole roadway, up a curb, and over a sign. pretty sure you didnt stop. The police gave him 2 tickets. Driving too fast and failure to obey sign.

My parents would never sue. Im making sure they get all the medical bills paid. My dad is a real old school army hard ass. He thinks lawyers are shit. Im just glad he didnt shoot the guy when he said my mom ran the stop. He is packing pretty much 100% of the time and really short temper.

Hope your mom feels better, Brian. I went through something similar a couple years ago, it's actually the reason I have the MKV now.

this. I've been in an SUV accident (XC90 v civic) and I won with little effort. It takes a lot to push 2 tons with rubber soles. Glad to hear your mother and everyone are safe.
