Wonderfull ecstunning sold me a bumper that they didn't even have in stock and keep pushing back the "expected shipping date" I ordered my bumper first week of February and they've pushed the date back 3 times already (each time I had to call and get an update.) not expected to get it shipped until march 29th. I'd cancel the order if I knew of another place where I could get a euro rabbit bumper at a similar price ($200).

What's the diff with the front compared to your NA rabbit bumper? The euro plate cutout?

For the $200 why not shave your rabbit or gti front andbe done with it?

Side marker deletes. Plus I wanna run badge grille. This GTI bumper is getting trashed once the rabbit one gets painted so I can have both badge and badge-less bumpers.

Plus I'm shipping out the vogtland springs Monday morning and getting me a votex rabbit lip on Wednesday so I can rock the badgles rabbit bumper in the mean time untill my paint work. If I drive up to dod I may have to slap the new fenders on and just tape up the entire front end lol.

Update

Tested out the new rear sway......sick is all I have to say.
I'll be in the market for a front sway in the near future (so far I was told the h&r 28mm would work great with my 27mm hotchkis, can anybody else suggest anything better? I know it's mostly preference on stiffness.....giggity.....but I'm looking for a setup that will be able to bang corners with minimal if any front end dipping or the rear lifting. (and yes I do realize a lot about what I'm looking for has to do with wheel/tire setup)

Also planning on picking these two things up next (same day I order the front sway) anybody suggest or recommend anything better out there?

Also, thanks to Flipscout for the new fenders and wndwsdwngti860 for the rabbit votex lip

Also removed the rest of the plastidip off my roof using Goo Gone
(I don't have an after but this is how I was driving around for the last 8 months lol.....talk about being lazy )

Updates again in a few weeks hopefully

Thanks to all the love once again

Little update,

I received the bumper I ordered from ECS yesterday, and decided to pop it out to test fit it over the weekend before dod. When I took it out of the box I realized they sent me the wrong one!

So I called them up and explained, at first it seemed like I was going to have to ship them the bumper back and wait for the exchange. Luckily (or at least I'm assuming) it would cost them more to pay for shipping the bumper back and then again for the new bumper back to me so they let me do as I wish with it.

Posted it up Forsale on vortex and got 2 offers tonight for pretty much what I paid for the euro rabbit bumper. I'm meeting up tomorrow and selling it, at this point I pretty much only paid like 30 bucks for my euro rabbit bumper it's just going to take a few more days

With all that being said, goodlooks ECS on making a sad customer a lot happier than on Christmas :):)
More updates tomorrow when I install my new bumper guide and wash the car

Word up man, I was really convinced this was going to be my last purchase from them but that's what I call going above and beyond for a mistake on their end.

I know business this time around is pretty much only separated via customer service as Ive worked retail for over 7 years, I've watched it grow to be the most important thing before pricing or anything else. So At you ECS if your reading!!

Having issues with my exhaust.

Seems like the rear-exhaust hanger is shot, muffler section is hanging a lot lower than it used to and bounces with some movement. I was going to just run to Auto-zone and pick up an exhaust hanger but wanted to see if anybody had a better suggestion.

the metal hanger is gone or the rubber hanger that goes onto the metal piece is shot? Get another rubber (thats what she said) piece. a lot going on, hopefully it all turns out how you want.

In the market for new wheels :)

Willbe taking a look at a set tomorrow after work :)

Got another rubber hanger but I think it's just the way this exhaust hangs compared to the stock one. :(
