HPS air ride for my MKV GTI

Location
NYC

This is for those that stopped by our booth at Waterfest to check out the MKV HPS air ride suspension. Will after meeting with HPS at the 2006 SEMA show I was shown the MKV suspension kit and that's no bull s... I was blown away on how it was made. After investing in HPS and preparing for Waterfest we thought our container would arrive in time but lack in shipping late and customs holding it back all hell broke out:slice: Here are some photos of the competition kit for the MKV GTI "YES" I have it in hand it's not the only one in the USA. I will post once I install it on the car maybe by H2O.

One of the cars in that vid has got the new 911 Turbo wheels (997). The front wheels would fit on our car. When I was working at Porsche last year, I checked out how much they would cost because I imagine they'd be pretty sweet on our cars. It was something like £900/wheel (that's US$1800 a wheel) before tax. Daamn, they look good though... if only I had four grand to spend on wheels... (incidentally, as I mentioned elsewhere, the edition30 engine costs £4k)

Air ride kit looks good - how would it handle 19s with 35 profile tyres? Do you think there'd be any major rubbing?

The retail price for just the air suspension competition kit with no air management system is $2,700 USD. I will be using Easy Street Auto Pilot Digital Controller their working on a remote controller for this it should be ready by SEMA 2007. I like to things the right way if you know what I mean..

Auto Pilot Digital Controller

One touch ride height
Allows you to return to your ride programmed ride height without tapping switched and watching gauges. Whether your below, or above your height, just tough one button to return to return to your aligned height, and prevent tire wear.

Auto ride height on start.
Will lift your vehicle to the programmed ride height with the start of the engine. This feature can be turned off, this is not available in some competitive products.

Individual wheel control
Allows you to adjust each wheel separately. Also known as Front back side to side control.

All inflate and deflate buttons
Also known as pancake control. Give you 4 wheel height control up and down with one switch.

Accurate Manifold Mounted Transducers.
The most accurate pressure sensors come pre-mounted to the valves. This eliminates the risk of leaks, and makes for an easier install.

Digital Volt Meter
Reads the vehicles voltage to help prolong equipment and battery life.

Auto leak Detection
Will monitor all 4 corners, if a leak occurs, the system will automatically add air accordingly and warn you of a problem.

Tuning Feature
Teaches the system the exact requirements to lift each wheel. Ensures that the auto ride height function is perfect every time.

Only one wire to dash
Only one wire needs to run to the dash of the vehicle. No more running airlines, power lines. And wiring every switch independently. One wire does it all.

I thought those wheels were russplicas, but I don't see them on the Raderwerks site. Hmm, wonder if he does have them. That much money for wheels is nuts.

This looks amazing. What kind of compressor does it utilize? What type of lines? I'd assume it uses a condensor of some type to prevent water vapor accumulation?
