Have you fed your FAST lately he might be hungry:biggrin: J/K I'd definately have it checked out though, its sounds like a worthy trip to the dealer .

I noticed it this morning around a left-handed sweeping turn. I am on stock everything, but could it be tire rub or something like that? Does anybody on aftermarket suspension notice this? I'm due for my 5000mi. service in about a month, but should I take it in before then?

just get underneath there and tighten up all the bolts to the suspension and subframe that you can find.

i noticed a metalic clink type of noise...like you might hear if your seat wasn't quite locked into place after adjusting it forward...and then when you take off it "clinks" into lock pos.
only it was on the floorboard and it was clearly not the seat.

anyway, i was under the car for one reason or another and out of curiosity thought i'd check those bolts out.....mine were loose. :iono:

i just went thru' with several sockets and a breaker bar and snugged them up.

no more "ckink" noise now. and the steering actually feels "tighter"....didn't notice anything wrong with it before but after snugging the bolts up it does feel more "accurate" or a bit more "tighter".
IDK, maybe its in my head...but no more clink noises tho'.

I have the same question i am going in about a month for my 5k service, should i wait, is it something serious? What happens if the bolts fall off?

why u on this forum?

lol 'cause he can be.

and i have the same issue. Steering feels loose too. Any idea what bolts you tightened? take pics please and pchop with arrows. I wanna give it a whirl myself, 'cause the dealer needs more time to figure out this mystery.

I hear a good deal of clicking/thumping, especially now that it is colder in NJ. It doesn't happen when making turns, but when slowing down and coming to a stop. I believe it is the clutches engaging and disengaging...I'm not sure if this is normal or not, but other than than noise, I've noticed zero shifting issues. Another thing I've noticed since the temperature dropped, is increased noise from the turbo. It seems to whine louder, and you can hear it unwind faintly.
