I have both the fleece and the keyring, both very nice indeed. Both have to be ordered through a VW dealer who has to order it through VW .:Racing... I was one of the first in the country to order them, first at my dealer, and they weren't sure how to proceed for a week or two!

I personally want to see the front-end cover come out for the car sometime soon. With my MkIV, I got stuck behind a dumptruck once on the SI Expressway that was spilling small rocks that ended up chipping the hell out of the paint...

"I have a Porsche Carrera GT, I have a McLaren F1, and anybody that tells you they’ve taken those cars to 200mph is a liar. They haven’t. Believe me. I did a couple of hundred laps at Talladega and the fastest I got to was 190mph – on a track. By myself. And it was scary. Nobody does those speeds on a public road. If you do, you should be in prison. The real-world fun of acceleration is between 40mph and 80mph."

Hi there,

Did u guys already buy the gearshift "retro"?

I´m quite interested on buying that...but I would like to know is the assembly is easy...and what is the final layout...

Finally...is the value for this part $147,56 USD a fair price?

Regards

thats a pretty good deal for the 4 door, considering that the 4 door rabbit is 2000 more than the 2 door.
