I downloaded Lion the day it was released ----- really like many of the features. Went and bought a track-pad and enjoy it even more.

Be very careful... because the judge could amend the citation and add reckless/distracted driving to the problems you're facing...... and if convicted.... what do you think your car insurance bill is going to look like. See if they offer you a deal for a reduced fine and points... and if so...
