2007 FSI w/140K mi. Maintenance is current, cam follower changed every 30k-40k and never shown excessive wear. Valves cleaned about 50k ago. Stock airbox and fuel pump. Generally seems to be in 'good' condition with no noticeable running issues. No noticeable change in fuel mileage, power, etc...
