Are you seeing the RSe10 Hyperblack wheels? These are my favorite. They're 18x8.5 ET45, with 235/40/18 tires.

Metal relay lever I use is simply OEM. I do ceramic coat them and sometimes paint to color at somebody's request. I typically don't modify the metal OEM relay lever as it is already approx. 11% shorter than the OEM plastic one.
