I play at Full Tilt Poker. Nothing too serious, just for fun. $1/2 or $2/4 No-Limit Holdem is my game.

It still blows my mind watching the online pros play. The amount of money they throw back and forth is crazy. I saw Brian Hastings win $350,000 in less than 2 hours last week. He is a 20yo full time student for God's sake. Sat at home on his laptop playing poker. Patrik Antonius basically makes $100,000 a day whenever he chooses because he is so damn good. On the flip side, Gus Hansen loses about $100,000 a day because he is a big fish. And most of the online pros are in their twenties, some still in their late teens, making $10,000, $50,000, even $100,000 per day. That's just sick.

$350,000 profit in just 2 hours play:

This kid is a 20yo full time student. He made $300,000 in 1 session:

Can you imagine making $100,000 PER DAY, sat at home playing poker on your laptop! Nice gig if you can get it I guess. Damn, if I could just make $1000 per day I would be happy as a pig in shit. My goal at the moment is to make $1000/week anything better is a bonus right now.

Anyone else play on here?

I only play on pokerstars when im bored for like $1-5 games. usually come out ahead but never win anything huge. I wish I could make $100,000 in a day, I would nut/shit my pants and have a heartattack at the same time lol

Agreed. The level of play has certainly increased over the last couple of years no doubt.

I used to play Ultimate Bet....but I couldn't stand all the poker bots that took over, so I cashed out.

I go and play at the Hard Rock in Tampa or the dog track in St. Pete now...screw that online shit, especially Hold-em because you play the person as much as the cards and it's hard to get a read off the internet. The only thing you can really do is find patterns in peoples play.....also just the nature of the internet makes collusion very easy.

lol, can you imagine!

I watched 2 pros play heads up PLO recently. One guys 20 and the other 22. They bet and raise each other "cars" all night long. That's how I see it anyways (always thinking of cars).

The hand went like this. I bet a E92 M3. I see your E92 M3 and raise you a new Porsche GT3. I re-raise a Ferrari F430. Call all-in. Pot stands at $330K. I saw this hand just the other night. Crazy.

I agree. I prefer casino play also. It's just hard to resist playing online because of the convenience and quick accessibility. I always seem to do better in a casino than online also.
