Good for you — I removed my dust shields and wrapped the brake lines in thermal tape, but I still boiled my brake fluid (Super-Blu, no less) at the track yesterday.

Do you mind sharing where you purchased the RS3 vents, and how much?

Thanks

At Volkswagen - about € 30,-- each. So a very cost
efficient mod.

I guess I will look also for some heat resistant tape
cos I care about the ball joint near the rotor.

Thanks, much appreciated. I will need to ask a UK friend about purchasing and shipping me a set.

Panda, if you have to change fluid fit SS lines at the same time
as bleeding is required anyway.
