The ads are getting ridiculous. Obviously, this site needs support money. I'd happily pay to support it for no ads. To be honest, this site would make more, considering how I don't come here much lately. I'd hate this site to go down, but I feel like we would pay to support it.
My guess is that this is basically impossible considering that @jay745 can't even get the admins to respond to him to get more moderators to help keep the spam to a minimum. Other than the daily spam that he has to manually clean up, with AdBlockPlus on desktop, I don't think I've seen an ad on this site for years.
Yeah, as avenali said...they've abandoned this place. Bill are on auto renew and I'm sure they get ad revenue but they don't care about it anymore. Get an ad blocker for your browser.
