my favorite sandwich is a black friday sub. thanksgiving on a roll!

mayo
cheese (if you want)
stuffing
cranberry sauce

I know a pretty simple, but tasty grilled cheese. Get a nice sourdough bread, shred sharp cheddar cheese and gruyere cheese, and spread a bit of smooth dijon mustard on on slice of the bread. Oil a pan and cook both sides until nicely browned and so the cheese starts to melt out of the side.

My 3 favorites:

Hot
Bread : Freshly baked hero (Toasted)
Condiments/Toppings: Good Cold Slaw
Cold cuts: Grilled Virginia Ham and Grilled Smoked Turkey (Boars head preferably)
Cheese: Finlandia Swiss

Cold
Bread: White bread or Hard roll
Condiments/Toppings: Balsamic Vinegar, lettuce,tomato, onion and roasted red pepper
Cold Cuts: Mortadella and Prosciutto
Cheese: Smoked Bufala Mozzarella

A Pastrami sandwich or Reuben on rye with whole grain mustard from Katz' Deli in NYC :thumbsup:
