The dp will fit fine. If its missing the o2 bung at thr top of the DP you will need to add it but thats easily done. As for the catback if its a cat back off an mkv it will work, an mk6 catback will not work.

All 2.0t dp are interchangeable, the only thing you will need to do possibly is add/block off 02 sensor ports which both are extremely easy to do. The catbacks are the only things that are different and thats bc the mk6 has the split duel outlet. If its an MK5 TSI turbo back itll work on the MK5 FSI without an issue
