It's the manifold connection to the T pipe connecting to the
vacuum pump.If you have nothing connected there it means you are having a MASSIVE boost and vacuum leak, since the
intake manifold is wide open to the atmosphere.... :eyebulge:

Ahhh, that makes more sense. I wonder why the "nozzle" got cleaned off at the dealership? You can even see where it's been misshapen a little by something.
