Without people who can afford to start a business and hire the people who you want to give their wealth to there wouldn't have been a business to hire the people in the first place. MrFancypants mentioned Bernie Sanders because that's what Bernie would do. It's called socialism.
Bernie is not a socialist. He's a populist grown by the same system all the other candidates were grown by.
There's a huge difference between having the funds to start a business and multi billion dollar corporations whose sole purpose is to satisfy the greedy investors (I'm not pulling this out of my ass -- investor satisfaction is the official business model). I would have no problem working for a talented honest man who started a business. The reason it's so difficult to start a business and actually make it these days is the corporations that have monopolized the market and either bought out or destroyed the smaller firms. Look at the aviation industry that I'm a part of. One can barely name two or three small firms that somehow miraculously managed to survive. All others are now defunct because they were absorbed or destroyed, and it's a fucking pity, because the aviation industry has turned into a 1000% profit making machine instead of an industry that furthers progress and innovates.
