Install tips:
The OEM column cover is held in place with 2 yellow clips, if you look at the bottom of the p2 you will see the 2 rectangular openings which are where the clips are located.
To pop the cover off you will have to turn your steering wheel 90 degrees to be able to access the seam between the top and bottom column pieces. You will need a plastic wedge, thin butter knife or something thin and wide to use as a pry tool. I do not suggest using a flathead screwdriver as the width of the blade will be too narrow and you will mark up the column pieces.
I used a butter knife and stuck it in the seam and carefully twisted it to pop the top off. The clips are quite strong for such a small piece of metal so you will have to do a leap of faith and just go for it.
Once you pop the top cover off you will have to pull the back of the pleather trim piece off, it is just pops out if you tug on the plastic piece.
Once you remove the top cover you will have to remove the 2 yellow clips as you need the install them on the p2 piece to secure it to the OEM lower column piece.
At this point if you want to test fit the p2 to see if it really does fit like OEM or not go ahead. To remove the p2 cover it is a lot easier now as you just hold onto the pod opening and push backwards and the pod will pop off.
Now the rest of the install is up to you!
