They are a crowd favorite with the 'strom. SVRacingParts.com markets them HARD on the forums. I think this is the cheapest fully adjustable shock for this app. I think.

The other option was spend half as much having my OE shock rebuilt, revalved, and resprung for me. The downside there is limited resale.

Can't wait for the thing to get here. Although I am thinking I should wait until a few weeks into spring to mount it. I really want to ride one day, put the shock in, and ride the next for that real A/B experience.

I just used the money I had from a ring I returned after my girlfriend of 3 years broke up with me last year to finally get back on a bike and picked up an 08 1098s. Best use of that money ever!
