You would think,if the IRS acquired enough probably cause for a search warrant, they would just refer the case to the FBI, instead of having their own "agents". A handful of IRS pencil pusher types could get escorted to do the searching, and ceasing after they swept the property of "threats".

Who am I to say, everyone is a felon, just ask the IRS, ATF, the neighborhood HOA, and FBI. Perpetrator until proven otherwise, just have to look at everyone hard enough. You never know what skeletons are in people closets, and if they have nothing to hide; they should never object to a search, right? What could go wrong. I think I hear helicopters.
