As a background, I never got over 30mbps on my tb. At this particular location and similar time of day on my Rez I probably saw about ~45mbps max. On my gs3, I got 59mbps.

yea im on long island but its scattered. brooklyn, queens and nassau county have it. suffolk county which i am in only a few towns have it and even when they do, i usually dont see higher than 20mb down.

they were suppose to be launching more in LI back in may but no idea what happened with it.

i tried the usb otg with a keyboard and mouse and it worked great. will try the mhl when i get it.

All i gotta say is LTE in the meadowlands area in NJ sucks. I'm visiting my parents and all it does is bounce back and forth. I've got no issues back home

If you just want ics, there should be an ota or you can manually push it.
