The same size as the stock tubing at MAF location. Same with any car unless you get a custom tune which can compensate for the larger diameter.

the stock maf housing is 2" x 3" = 2.5" round, which is how large i made mine. I may make a mafless 3" later on, but i have to figure a way around emissions for that

did you use 2 45* bends and a 90*? or 3 45*'s?

sorry for being a newb but did you take an logs seeing if this style was actually beneficial?
I don't see it getting as much air as the other side, mainly b/c of how the radiator support cover is vented on the one side

it would be easy enough to vent it on the passenger side as well. Just remove the grill and dremel out the same area that is open on the drivers side. I haven't taken logs yet, because i have a hesitation issue after shifting that i want to get sorted out
