I preferred the quicker response of a mechanical gauge (in the GTI)...plus easier to hook up/run.



Vacuum tubing doesn't have to be stiff. AWE Tuning supplied some thick ass silicone (?) tubing with their gauge....it was super easy to work with & route

Oh wow, I've never seen that before. I guess I haven't run enough boost gauges. :iono:

Balls. I took all the Christmas stuff out and then cleaned the garage a little. Made me realize how much stuff I need to do to the Cobra.

-install boost gauge
-replace idler and tensioner pulleys
-replace one HVAC vent
-swap out console lids
-swap out console storage for better cup holder position
-clean the rust off the rotors
-paint calipers and rotors

Good news is I have all the parts for this outside of caliper/rotor paint. I just gotta do it.
